We also offer niche expertise in areas such as real people or celebrity talent casting and negotiation, sales & marketing assistance and targeted representation for individuals and companies.

Prior to founding Rubberband, President Sue Redmond was a producer, executive and/or part-owner in several prominent East Coast production and post-production facilities.

Sue has a deep background on the production side, with ten years’ experience producing and repping two award-winning directors. She began her career in a slightly less glamorous role as a freelance crew member — wearing just about every hat in field production, from camera operation, to audio, to make-up.

Her breadth of knowledge and versatility is a large part of what makes Rubberband unique.
